Here are my goals for the week:
1. under 1400 cals a day
2. 64 ozs of water a day at least ( getting hot, here)
3. 20 min Jillian dvd 6 days
4. Half of the team challenges on my days off.
5. vitamins daily
6. Eat more fish, the salmon last nite was awesome, and only 100 cals for 4 ozs!
7. Log on and support my team!! daily
8. Not stress so much about that darn scale, lol
9. maintain my daily devotions, and thank God every day for what He had given me!
