Monday 6/2/08

Total points used: 30
Workout: 50 mins cardio, wogging/eleptical
Plus.... Biked 3 miles approx. 45 mins in the evening.


So far so good. Great start to my week. I weighed in this morning and was at 200.5 which is 2.5 lbs lighter than five days ago,
(WI: 203 lbs. 5/29/08). I'm sooo happy about that. I only have 5 days left before I take off to Vegas. My goal was to lose 3-5 lbs. by then.....one more pound would make me soo happy!
I really got in a great workout today. Almost 2 hours of activities!!
