Cathy you did great last month especially considering you had fishing days and family vacation in there too.
Your vacation sounded like so much fun.
I can't wait to go fishing.
Is walleye good? Never had it before.
Don't forget you also used the weights during your workouts too and that adds a lot of intensity to it even if it doesn't add on more minutes.
