Hi everyone,

Congratulations, Patricia!! Wow you did a great job.

Yvette, that sounds like a really good dvd you picked up. Good luck with it!

My goals for the week are:
1) Journal everything I eat because this past week I almost blew everything and had to make a mad dash at the end to maintain my 1 pound loss, which is good I admit... I just know I could have done better.
2) Drink 10 glasses of water a day.
3) Step up my work outs I have to aim for 1000 calories on the elipticals...
4) Do Kim's challenge of 10 minutes a day of jump rope (I really am excited about that) as I have heard that alone can really help one lose weight.
5) Be a good buddy.
Thats it - I think it is enough....
I am extremely excited though--I just went out and bought some summer clothes and right now my legs are toned, but between the thighs to the knee area they need more work.. So I am going to be working on that. This week I think is a promising week for all...
