I have Turbo Jam and I really like it (I just need to start using it again). Before we left the US, my husband was even getting up in the am to use it-and the man is on the down hill slide to 50!
When I used the AbJam last year, coupled that with really watching what I ate and laying off of the wine, my stomach and waist-my biggest problem areas-really got into shape, and my pants/shorts felt so much better. It was actually the first program that I used for my abs that I really enjoyed and that I really saw some sort of progress-probably because it adds cardio with the crunches!!!
I have many reasons (aka excuses) as to why I'm not using it right now, but IMHO it really does work.
It might be a bit difficult at first, as most new exercises are, but don't give up. Good luck!!
