Don't beat yourself up for cheating at a wedding! Or any special occasion. Isn't that what their for? JUST REMEMBER MODERATION and unless your going to a wedding every week it shouldn't be a problem. It's been proven that if your so deprived on your "diet" that you feel miserable and are a social outcast you 1) wont stick to it and 2) are more likely to binge. I think a lot of people here are learning the appropriate use of food which are primarily to nourish our body and secondly to enrich our lives.
What's a birthday party without a piece of cake... key word there "A" as in 1 small serving... not all the leftover cake after the guests have left... or the cake your toddler just looked at and passed up... Ummm... not that I have EVER done that
