Hey Rockstars!

First, let me apologize for being MIA this past week. I'm not allowed to surf the internet at work, and for some reason my internet hasn't been working at my apartment. I'm out of town right now for a wedding, and fortunately I have internet access here to write a post and submit my weekly weigh-in.

Good news: As of Saturday morning, I lost 2 pounds this week.

Bad news: I did REALLY bad at the wedding with my food intake. There was lots of good food, and I think I consumed enough appetizers, drinks, food, and cake for 3 people! But I plan to be back on track starting today. Actually, I feel rather ill from eating so much. I'm still learning....

Looks like Rockstars are doing great this week and getting lots of exercise. I'm so proud of everyone! Hopefully my internet will be working at my apartment again this week so that I can resume blogging and posting.
