Glad to hear that your shower went well. No it is not silly that you were excited about the corning ware and stuff. I was too when I had my shower. It is stuff you will need!
Hopefully you didn't get as many duplicates as I did at my shower. I ended up with 12 pillows, and 4 sets of corning ware. I had a lot of elderly ladies there from my husband's family and they didn't know how to use the gift registry the right way. Good thing I could take things back!
