Hi all, I'm sorry I haven't been around this week , I 've been unwell and really tired but can't sleep more than 4-5 hours a night. I am having a whole lot of tests done this week and seeing a specialist GP so I really hope they can sort me out soon!

No weight loss for me this week. stayed the same.

natalie that was so sad about your little dog.. they are part of the family really,

well I hope to have a better week next week and hopefully this doctor will help me with the weight loss fast!
