My weekly Goals are:
* Be a good Buddy
* Stay on my Program ( 25g Carb.)
* Drink more Water
* Exercise in the Morning and in the evening
* Do the Point System, try to get 100%
* Support my Team
* loose at least 3 pounds this week ( didn't do so good this week, thanks to TOM
