Here is my accountability for today:
Had Kashi Go Lean Crunch with a banana and skim milk and some sugar free coffee creamer in my coffee-Breakfast
S: cheese stick
L: Sandwich, 2 pretzel rods
Not sure what else, 815 cals so far. Will update the rest later.
Will do my 20 minute workout and L1-8, wasn't abel to do any exercises last nite.
Trying to rearrange my schedule to not work out in the evenings, need some down time and time with Ted.
