Cassandra...I find if you just wait until the end of the week to weigh in, you may find yourself suprised with the results. If you keep weighing in every day it's like watching paint dry and that scale just never ever moves. Just wait until Sunday morning, then go for it....hopefully that scale will give you a good suprise.
