Today I did it again oatmeal in the morning and I will have a cottage cheese for lunch. Tonight will probably be the same meal of a veggie burger and veggies plus salad. I usually add avocado to give me some fat content and satisfy cravings... I may lose another pound by tomorrow if I can stick to it.

I love cottage cheese for lunch too! I usually have a couple of wheat thins, or veggies with it though.
