ok so ive been a little mia lately but i PROMISE to get back on that...except i'll be goign to houston from tomorrow night till monday night-but when i get back i hope to change lots of things--i ate lots of veggies and fruit this week so that was good-drank lots of water-had nothing but water.
i just did step ups--i never know what they're called--my desk is a step up from the rest of the office and i used that and did 100 step ups-50 per foot/leg-for 5 mins and man i started sweating and heart was racing-geez am I that out of shape?! haha!
everyone is doing soo well here i cant get over it!!
i think in like 10-15 mins i'll do those step ups again--and ill sprinkle them throughout the day.
