okay today is going to be the day i stay on track, damnit!!!!!!!!!!!
i woke up, had a yogurt (60) for breakfast, then walked on the treadmill for about 10 minutes before it shut off on me. but i checked the plug, it was fine, and the numbers were still on the screen... the belt just stopped? idk, i dont' like treadmills anymore anyway. so i lifted weights for about 30min.
right now i'm eating an egg sandwhich, so one egg (70), two slices bread (90), and cheese (70). yum yum. that's 230 cals.
