Have I mentioned in the last five minutes that I'm going to Cameroon in 15 days?! Ha Not only will I have the chance to spread the news of salvation, build an AIDS clinic (we won't finish just lay the outer concrete block walls), do a Vacation Bible School for the kiddos, but I will surly be at my goal weight with all the sweating, walking and working I'll be doing! Yippy
