I think I speak for the group when I say have fun in Alaska!!! But more importantly, we want to see some pics posted in that blog of yours when you return. I hear Alaska is amazing and really want to make it there one day myself.


So, I woke up today feeling a bit better. I am not sure what my problem was the past day and a half, but hopefully it's all gone now. Anyway, it's a beautiful day out in my area so the morning will bring me an hour and a half on the treadmill. My wife has today off and I do too, so we have some errands to get done. This afternoon we may go for a walk in the neighborhood or at the beach if it's really warm enough. Tonight is another hour and a half on the treadmill.
