Hello Rockstars,

Well, I just finished up my hour on the treadmill. Back to a power walk/jog anyway. Still feeling a bit under the weather, but overall, not too bad. I did just over 3.5 miles and burnt over 400 calories. I'm happier with that progress then I was with yesterdays.

All in all it's shaping up to be a pretty nice looking day here in Boston. I have to head out and do some errands and then head over to the Boston Garden for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. GO Celtics!!!!

I probably won't get to be on the treadmill tonight for my second hour because I won't be home until after midnight easily. I'll do some extra working out tomorrow to make up for it.
