B-chlorella and water
oatmeal, soymilk, shelled hemp seeds, cinnamon
vitamins
sn-apple, celery
L-"hamburger" helper, little ketchup
Lg. spinach salad w/ snap peas, carrots, broccoli, red pepper, hummus
Chai tea (decaf) w/ almond milk, extra cinnamon, cardamom, maple syrup
sn-2 cookies, green tea w/ lemongrass
S-spinach salad w/ 1/2 a grapefruit, pecans, pepper
millet w/ chickpea, bean curry, peppermint tea
-little bit of heavenly halvah
(NO IDEA how many WW points, just felt like a great day.)
