The mental aspect of losing weight is so funny. Last week all my shirts were feeling a little tight. On saturday I weigh 5 pounds less and all of a sudden it just feels like they are all less tight. I just don't think I lost all those inches in just one week. Still I feel better and well I feel better.
My goals are
1) eat around 2000 calories a day
2) Do some cardio
3) Walk over the weekend
4) Celebrate life!!!
I know I am not the homework guy, however I would like to suggest something. That for one week, everytime you look in a mirror and say, "I love you" and "you are beautiful".
