Don't get yourself stuck in a rut of the same dinner all week. You'll get bored of it and go chasing after something bad. I have a recipe posted for Italian chicken, you may want to check out for an alternative to the fish for at least one of the nights. I know when I eat the same thing over and over I get sick of it, and if that's all that's there I look for anything else.. even if its really bad for me! Hope this helps a bit!
