i did not want to wake up at 6:30 and work out.. so i didn't. i'm so tired today, and sluggish. i didn't think i went to bed *that* late, like, eleven-ish. i was up often at night, though, maybe i didn't get a full nights' rest. i had my fiber one cereal with skim milk for breakfast (200) although i just want to eat, i think because i'm bored and sleepy. grr.
