1. Lose 2 pounds this week.
2. Eat right (try one day off system)
3. Drink lots at least 8 glasses of water (tough one sometimes)
4.Exercise 6 days.
I have maintained for 2 weeks now - I know this week I will lose some weight and I can't wait!!!
