thanks for starting this!! Have been sooo busy getting settled and printing out wedding pix for my mom's album.
had intentions of doing some today but the time got away
Going for 4 days this week
Sun- none
Mon 30 min strider
Tues- bowling
Wed very sore from bowling,did some stretches but that's about it-none
Thurs 30 min strider, still very sore from bowling!!
Fri- travel day-none
Sat- planning long walk
Sun adding on since wont have internet until monday planning walk
Mon- will try to get long walk in in am before leave mom's
happy sweating!!
