Great goals Kama!!

Goals for this week:
1. 1200 cal. per day
2. 30 min. treadmill, 30 min strength training of some kind per day 5-6 days
3. gallon water per day
4. meds and vitamins
5. remember the firming lotion at least once a day
6. me time ... 20 min ... at least 2 times a week
7. Thank God for everything
8. Log on and support my buddies!!
