I weighted myself Friday morning. I was disappointed cause I maintained. So I didn't bother weighting myself Saturday morning cause I thought it was going to be the same. Well, I still have that urge to weight myself everyday, so this morning I couldn't stop myself, & wouldn't you know it I've lost 1 pound! I kinda wish I would have weighted myself yesterday morning now cause that would have been one more pound for the team.
Anyway,
My Goals for this week are:
1. Keep drinking lots of water!
2. Keep eating my diet food & no fast food, even if its grilled!
3. Exercise!
4. Stop weighting myself all the time.
5. More sleep, less stress!
