Re: Diamonds 5 - Still Shning
So, I have asked a couple of the Diamonds veterans to help me out with new members. I think alot of folks get lost in the shuffle, they sign up for the team and then two weeks later, I haven't heard anything from them. I think alot of it is that they don't know what to do or how to to it. It took me quite a while to get the full benefit of buddy slim and alot of people don't seem to hang on for that long. So when we have new members that are new to buddy slim, I have asked, Tanis, Debbie, Jenn and Dawn to help indoctrinate these new members to the site and to the team. Hopefuly if this works, we won't have as much turnover as we have in the past. Thanks girls!
