Don't you just love insomnia. ?!?! Since I couldn't sleep, I decided to go ahead and get the forum going for the week. My goals are:
1. Show a loss at WW on Thursday
2. Make it through Monday and Tuesday without crashing with food events at work.
3. Keep exercising and mixing it up. Seems to be working.
4. Do better on the the water this week.
