b-bagelful and coffee w/ 1 tbsp. ff creamer
l-baked potato w/ 2 slices lunchmeat and 1 slice cheese
s-ice cream cone
d-chicken salad
s-cheesecake

1370 cal. on the higher end, but still within my goals
water(not enuf), diet soda(too much), vitamins(did ya get yours anj?)
30 min walk and 30 min yoga.
