just wanted to add that i had an apple
(60) for a snack. i'm a lil hungry but i think i'm going to drink water and wait a little longer for a proper lunch-time hour, maybe 12:30ish, so then i have energy for doing a massage and then i will have another snack at the end of work before pilates class.
