i want to continue on yesterday to make sure i did okay. i'm pretty sure i ate an apple after my workout (60cals). then we went to harlan hospital while my sister was at the dr i worked out on the crosstrainer and bike thingie for about 40 min.

we went to lunch, i had half my grilled chicken salad, with lots of veggies. not sure on the calories? 200? 300?

then...... oh, i had a hard boiled egg (70) and something else for a snack.. what was it? ooh, cottage cheese, 1/4c, which would be 45 cals.

then, for dinner i had my mom make me a big bowl of oatmeal (300cals), which i ate with 1c. skim milk (80cals), and she made it with some butter and raisins and brown sugar... so that's prolly another 40cals.

caloric intake thus far: 635 + salad... ugh.. that's not good....
workout time thus far: 70 minutes


so, this morning, i had my fiber one cereal for breakfast, which was 200 calories including the milk. i haven't worked out yet, but i do have pilates after work.
