Hey Kids-
It is a grey and cool day here in sunny AZ. I so enjoy these days-they are so few and far between. Hopped on the bike this morning for an hour and will be hitting a cycling class at the gym this afternoon. Need to get back on track and feeling good before I take off at the end of the month. Today is work work work

Lizzy-sorry about what’s going on. Hope you get through the flight. Do ya have your MP3 player? I’m thinking that and a bit of benedryl might put you out for the flight and then you won’t have to deal much, eh? Hope you get the vacation day.

Lori-sorry about dad. Cardiologists are the absolute worst at communication. Hated working with them. They’re very territorial. I hope you find a solution that works for him. 19 years, and you still like each other. Pretty impressive. The little man is good. Trying to get him more sleep so he’s a little less of a pre-teen girl, lol. It’s hard right now though, with the end of school coming. Seems like there is something EVERY evening. House is a work in progress but so far nothing new is falling apart. Although, now that I’ve said that, something probably will, lol.

April-Sorry about your brother in law. That’s got to be really hard on you and Al.

Jen-Step away from the smokes girl. Don’t let it all fall apart. You were working full time when you lost the weight last time, you just have to find the right strategies. When does Kevin come off the road? Maybe you need to spend some time making a plan for when you have more support, to sort of maximize the Jen time at that point. What about your lunch hour at work… I know you said you weren’t comfortable walking in the neighborhood, but is there a room where you could set up a cheap TV and dvd combo and do a video workout? Might be worth the initial expense of buying one in order to be able to workout. Sometimes ya just gotta think outside the box. When I was a PSU, there were days that I just walked up and down the stairs for 20 minutes with 5 lb weights in my hands…whatever I could grab. I’m making my own summer plan now, because with all the traveling, when I’m home I’m gonna need to buckle down and figure out how to fit in the exercise between Devon’s stuff and work. You can do this girl.

Barb-I spent the morning up your way yesterday. The only Suzuki dealer in the valley now is in Avondale. Ugh, that’s gonna be a pain in the tuckus. I love my car, but that alone might make a trade in worth it. Gotta love a girl that can have a cup of coffee and then go to sleep.

Alright, I’m off to work.
Peas,
Sue
