well i forgot to eat at the end of my shift, so i wasn't really into pilates like i usually am... actually started crying a bit (inconspicuously of course) because i felt so fat and unable to do these moves.. argh!!
i did go home and had a banana (110?) and an apple (60) so that should hold me over for a while. my calories are still pretty low, so i might eat later, although the fitness fanatics group gives you points for not eating after 7:30. oh well.
