Starting off the week right! Got in 20 minutes of Turbo Jam this morning! Already have 16 of my 120 Oz in at 7:46!
Goals for today-
20 minute work out in the morning (check)
cerel for breakfast (check)
salad for lunch
Walk the dog for 30 minutes this evening
Sensible lunch
NO SODA, ONLY WATER
