LOW FAT BBQ SAUCE

¾ cup of unsweetened iced tea,
¾ cup of ketchup,
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce,
2 tablespoons of steak sauce,
4 tablespoons of brown sugar,
1 tablespoon of lime juice,
½ teaspoon of smoke flavoring,
½ teaspoon of garlic powder,
½ teaspoon of onion powder,
¼ cup of water and
salt and pepper to taste.
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Lower heat to medium and continue simmering for about 10 minutes or until the sauce is thick. If the sauce becomes too thick you can add just a bit more water and cook a little longer until the sauce is blended and flavorful.

LOTS OF BBQ SAUCES ARE HIGH IN FAT AND I KNOW SUMMER IS THE TIME FOR LOTS OF GRILLING, SO GIVE THIS A TRY AND SEE HOW YOU LIKE IT
