Happy Mom's Day!!!!
My goals for the week:
1> Keep up the walking! I walk everyday now and it feels alot better the it used too!
2> Pay attention to what I am putting in my mouth. STOP grazing when I am cooking!
3> Make friends with veggies! I have managed to make friends with the fruits...but the veggies are a whole other story.
