Ok cats, there ya go!!
Here are my goals for the week:
1. under 1400 a day( alot easier now)
2. 64 oz of water a day
3. 4 team challenges a day
4. 60 vsitups, crunches and bridges a day
5. 60 triceps lifts 3 days a week
6. 30 minutes level one workout with Jillian 5 days and then on Saturday, workout for an hour with Billy Blanks
7. continue on the South Beach Diet, Phase 2.
8. take my vitamins
9. log on and support and harrass my buddies
10 NEVER forget to thank God for finding me all my soo very awesome buddies and this site!!
