nice to meet you. i know you will like it here..i was stuck at 199 for the longest time. but after my grandkids moved back in with me. i finally started going down again. you hang in there and just take it one day at a time. you will reach your weight loss , they say the last few pounds are the hardest. i have faith in you and i know you will be able to do it. we have also started another group call the biggest winners under the support group forum. not many people there yet. but come by and check it out. let us know how you are doing. and welcome to buddy slim. hope you like it here there are alot of nice people here.
