Hello Everyone. My name is Samantha i'm 21 and way out of shape. I have been working out for 3 days about an hour each day and have been eating healthy for about a week. I joined Buddyslim so that i could keep up the motivation and maybe get some tips on how to slim down. Im 5'3 and weigh 172

not so good, i know but thats why im here. If there is anyone that is trying to balance school and a job(@ a resturant) leave me a message. Id love to find some buddies to chat with about the up's and down's of working out and dieting.
