well i'm at work and so far i haven't been snacking.. yay! i think it helps my pants are really tight (just got washed, augh, i hate that) and i am acutely aware of my back rolls today. it's about 1, 1:30 now and i'm eating lunch, a thing of wheat rice (170) and carrots (30) with a bit of soy sauce (10). yummm.
