success breeds success so set yourself up to succeed. i don't know your fitness level, but like someone said, start on the treadmill for 30 min 3x a wk. you can add time and speed every week, even if it's only +1 min or +.1 on the speed. just by doing what you say you are going to do makes you feel successful. break it down into 10lb increments and reward yourself w/ nail polish, a book, etc.

this is what i did. after my baby(almost 8yrs. ago) i weighed in around 211.
