Great Job on the challanges Debbie.
I did the push ups and I am going ahead and putting my eats down. Which I have not had dinner yet. But I think I might just have some fruit tonight. Its a busy night getting ready to head out. We have to set up tables at the church tonight and tomorrow for a boyscout yardsale on Saturday!! YUCK!!
Breakfast - (which I might add I did not get up til 9 am WHOO HOO but I didn't get in bed til 2 am) 1 piece of toast with 1 tsp of reduced fat PB
Lunch - a turkey burger with some baked doritos
snack a 100 cal. little debbie oatmeal cookie (which are no where as good as the originals.)
1 piece of dove choclate.
4 bottles of water
and 1 diet coke.
I will let you all know what I had for dinner.
OOHH Thank goodness I was good today!! Maybe we should do this more often!! I was a little nervous when I was thinking what I had today. Ha-Ha!!
