Re: Diamonds - Week 2
My goals for the week are :
1. Drink at least 5 glasses of water per day.
2. Exercise for at least 45 min on 5 days this week.
3. Eat fruit and vegetables with each meal.
4. Only eat out 1 time this week.
5. STAY POSITIVE
My challange to the everyone this week is to eat out less and get out and enjoy the spring weather..
