well last night i kind of went food-crazy and made a couple pb+jelly sandwhiches.. and had some of those air popped popcorn cake thingies... yeah. i didn't count them either... hopefully, it wasn't too bad of a binge
this morning, i had my cereal, still deciding what to do for a workout. prolly another walk/jog, oh, and i have to do my weight training for today: legs and butt. i should write that down and make a routine. my mom is still sleeping anyway (her room is the one with all the weights lol)
