Okay, so for CHALLENGES, I thought it might be fun to have a little healthy competition - everyone in charge of keeping track of their own points for the week and the competition runs from Sunday-Saturday every week.

Each team member posts their CHALLENGE assignment here and the point value it is worth daily. An example might be that HOLLY challenges us to drink our water - for every 10 ounces, we get a point.

It could be motivational: Respond to 10 blogs for a point, Give 10 booster notes for a point

Actvity: do 20 situps for a point, do 10 squats for a point

Food: Eat all your veggies for 3 points; stay on your plan for 5 points.

Each team member comes up with one challenge and the corresponding point value. This is totally optional, but I thought it might be fun! Good Luck!

[Challenge Summary

1. Rockstar Pic (Jennifer) = 5 points
2. Squats (Lara) Each ten (max 100) = 1 point
3. Water (Holly) Each 8 oz glass = 1 point, but get 20 points if all 8 oz glasses
4. Cardio (Jamie) 20 minutes = 1 point
5. Affirmation (see below - Monica) = 10 points
"I am beautiful
I am worthy
I am a ROCKSTAR"
6. Not eating after 8:30 PM (Josh) = 4 points
7. Watching an inspirational program or reading an article (Christina)= 5 points
8. Healthy Breakfast (Katie)=15 points
9. Daily multivitamin (Jennifer) = 5 points
10. Getting to know the ROCKSTARS (Holly) = 1 point per day see Holly's post on page 2 for instructions
11. Daily Goals (max of 3) - 20 pts
12.Set your mini-goal weights, dates, and rewards (Tiffany) - 2 pt for each mini goal you set with reward and 20 when you meet it. So if I had set a mini goal of 210 with a reward of pedicure, then when I hit 210 I would get the 20 points
13. Respond to 10 blogs for a point
14. Give ten booster notes for a point
15. Do ten situps for a point
16. Eat veggies 3 points
17. Stay on Plan for 5 points
18. Doing something kind (even a smile) for someone else (Paula) - 2 points
