okay, so i feel starving, but i haven't really done anything all day (stressed out at home, stayed up in my room watching ANTM LOL) so.. i'm going to count up everything today and see how i'm doing so far.
i had an apple and vanilla yogurt for a snack, coming to
100 calories.
then i made a tuna wrap with cheese. a can of tuna is about 150 calories, i think, and the wrap is 100. i used only 1/5 cup of cheese, last time i used to count it was 66 calories, i don't feel like looking right now, i'm going to estimate it up to 70 calories just in case. so that's
320 calories.
and then.. what else did i have? i thought i ate something else, oh yeah.. a banana. apx
110 calories.
and i walked my two miles with the wiener dog, estimating about 1/2mile of actual jogging.

i still have a headache though, i did that in the afternoon, then went upstairs and lounged all day

still wish i could have done something more productive.. i hate being indoors all day, it makes me feel so lethargic.
