today was weigh in day, and
i lost one pound! which.. i think is awesome, because i was only semi-committed. so, right now i'm totally motivated to dedicate myself to health this week. woot.
for breakfast i had this new cereal we bought, called fiber one, with honey oat clusters. it was
160 calories, and had a bunch of fiber, and only 6g of sugar, which, i would have liked less (but it's honey oat)... it's SO hard to find cereal with fiber and no sugar... and then a good amount of calories! AUGH. lol
