yay i actually found the forum before it got five pages long! LOL!
i lost a pound this week, and i admit, i was only semi-committed.. i could have done a lot more... so i'm looking forward to this week and really dedicating myself.

we'll see what happens....
my goals:
1) write down all my eats
2) drink plenty of water (esp. since i'm going to try to eat more fiber to fill me up... dehydration + fiber = not fun)
3) follow a workout regimine that i still have to make (rough draft: sun/tues/thurs legs and butt; mon/wed/fri arms, abs, and back; with some cardio pushed in there somewhere.. lol). that also includes going to pilates

4) be a great motivational buddy to whoever i'm paired up with, and whoever on the team needs it (no whining this week)
