okay, so i didn't do my yoga booty ballet, instead i felt sorry for myself for a while for being such a big, fat mess, and made a can of progresso chicken noodle soup (
200 calories) and laid on my bed cuddling with our pug and watching tv. sigh.
then, somehow i got a shred of motivation, and got up and did some
weight training workouts. i got through three of my "circuits" (each circuit consists of four exercises done three times each) and did one set of the fourth one before i got bored. that's my big problem... i get like... annoyed with working out. i get the feeling if my mind isn't into it, i'm not getting any benefit. which is dumb, but... i need to find things that pump my interest. some great music when i'm lifting, and then cardio activities i like to do. i'm really stressing about this summer -- i'm going to europe in a month, and i'm so afraid that i'm going to be so self-conscious about my weight that i won't have any fun
