hi guys,i'm doing pretty good. for my work out today, i clean out my hall closet, hung up new curtains in the den. all together it took about 1 1/2 hours. now i'm going outside to work for awhile. husband is suppose to take a conference call tonight. so i don't know if i'll be back on line later or not. so i hope everyone has a great day tomorrow. hugs gwen
